Cut chicken into thin strips/nuggets. Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Preheat oven to 400.
Prepare 3 bowls: flour, stirred egg & crushed Doritos. Dip chicken pieces in the bowls & put on cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
