Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 180 degrees
Line muffin tins with papers or grease well
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and chocolate chips to bowl and mix well
Add together melted butter,egg, sour cream and milk.
Stir into dry ingredients. Do not over mix - the batter should look lumpy
Spoon into muffin cases
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm
I often leave the cocoa powder out. Can also use white chocolate or a mixture of both
