Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together, set aside.
Melt both chocolates in double boiler.
Beat brown sugar and butter until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl often. Add vanilla. Add the melted chocolate and beat well. Add the dry ingredients and beat until thoroughly combined.
If you are adding extra chips, now's the time!
Drop onto parchment and bake 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake!!!
They should look a little underdone.
