1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
2. In separate bowl blend butter and sugar.
3. Add egg, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla, mix.
4. Add dry ingredients and mix.
5. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
6. Press down with bottom of glass, sprinkle with browned sugar or large crystal sugar.
7. Bake 375 12-14 minutes
