Rice Pancakes
Grind rice in Vitamix - dry container - also mix in the other dry at the end of grinding.
Put all the wet in the wet container
Pour the dry into the wet as your mixing and you have batter.
Put the cast iron grill on medium and flip away.
Eggs in the middle and ground up fruit on top work really well!
