Separate egg white into small bowl and yolk into larger bowl. Add milk to yolk and stir together. Add dry ingredients and stir till smooth then and oil and mix in till smooth. Beat egg whites till fluffy and holding a peak. Fold into batter. Heat waffle iron, when hot spoon appropriate amount of batter to cover bottom of waffle iron when closed. Wait till steam has mostly gone before opening and serving.
