Suggest a better descriptionIn a mixing bowl mix the yeast and warm water until it dissolve
Add in a bowl , salt, suger, milk and oil, egg, 1 cup of the flour mix them together on low speed in 30 seconds
Scrap the side occasionally and continue beating for two minutes
Stir in remaining flour until smooth and cover with cloth leave for an hour until the mixture double in volume
Turn dough on to flour surface, roll dough with 1/2 inches and thickness and cut with round cookie cutter
On floured baking sheets cover the dounts with a cloth and leave for 30 - 40 minutes until double in size
Heat vegetables oil and deep fryer to 350 degrees
Place the dounts in hot oil and turn them as they turn golden brown for about 1 minutes on each side and strain from oil
Once they have cooled down make a small hole using a sharp knife and insert frosting
Dust with power sugar or spread with chocolate / vanilla glaze as well as colored sprinkles and serve
