The 6000iu of Vitamin D3 is just for me. You need to have your D3 checked on your next blood work to determine if and/or how much D3 you need.
The fish oil liquid is expensive. I bought from Amazon. the fish oil i use tastes like lemon. the i do it is add to the top of the smoothie and suck it off with a straw.
I just add all this to the chocolate strawberry smoothie I'll send you. The smoothie actually doubles the above. If you want, just drink half and put the rest in fridge.
