Suggest a better descriptionPill off clear skin put spicy mustard on bottom of ribs spread put the chipotle rub on generously then put a thin layer of the whiskey maple smoke rub followed by a heavy coating of homemade kc rub then repeat on top side
Set smoker to 250 and smoke for around 2 hours tell the rub has set on and dose not wipe off remove from smoke
Put a little bit of chipotle rub on both sides put top side down on tin foil and add butter bath and put back on the smoker at 250 check in an hour don't take off tell internal temp reaches around 205-209
Put glaze on bottom then flip and put on top side leave foil open put back on smoker at 250 for 20 minutes or glaze sets
