Let ice cream set at room temp until spreading consistency.
Crush 24 Oreo cookies (set a handful aside) and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter. Pat on bottom of 9x13 dish.
Spread ice cream over cookies.
Cover ice cream layer with Hershey's fudge.
Cover fudge with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remaining cookies on top, cover with Press and Seal and freeze overnight.
