Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl with airtight lid. I usually just shake the bowl to mix it all together. I use my largest Tupperware bowl due to the large amount! Use 1/3 cup of mix to each 8-10 ounces of milk. Pour chocolate mix in cup and then stir in milk. Heat in microwave stirring often (will boil over and make mess if not careful of this) until chips are melted. OR, as I prefer, heat over med heat in a saucepan until chips are melted. Stirring often as not to scorch milk.
I vacuum seal portions and it keeps well over a year. Just an airtight container will keep this shelf safe for a year.
**can experiment with different flavors of coffee creamer.. such as chocolate mint..french vanilla.. hazelnut..
For Thanksgiving & Christmas I bring this to my soon-to-be mother in laws and the kids look forward to it every year! At Christmas I put in mason jars with instructions on a gift tag and decorate the lids to give as gifts. Hope you enjoy!
