Suggest a better descriptionFirstly for this dish you will need to cut 3 limes and roast these in the oven with some olive oil. Prepare the crab and remove all the white and dark meat, keeping them both separate. Clean up the shell, washing it well and mix the dark meat with some seasoning, mayonnaise and curry powder and add a few brown breadcrumbs. Place that back in the shell. Taking the white meat, mix this with a little lime and seasoning, place in the middle of the shell. Sieve the egg white and egg yolk and place two strips on both sides and a strip of the chopped parsley on the top as well. Serve with some dressed salad and place the crab on the plate and use the legs for garnish.
