Suggest a better descriptionPut bread in large mixing bowl the night before and cover with a towel. Coat 9x13 casserole dish with grease. (Optional - add layer of chicken or oysters to the bottom of the dish and cover in fridge overnight.)
Simmer celery and onions in water and pour over bread. Heat chicken broth and add to mixture. Do not over stir. Let cool a bit before adding eggs. Season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake at 375 for about an hour.
