Mix bread & corn bead with celery, onion, salt and pepper and spread in a greased 8x12 baking dish. Combine in separate bowl eggs, milk & poultry seasoning mix well and pour over bread mixture. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top. Dot butter over that on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
