1. Dice the onions, use white cutting board.
2. Mince the garlic, use white cutting board.
Directions
1. Melt butter in a lidded skillet over medium-low heat
2. Add soy sauce and stir in orzo pasta cook until golden brown
3. Stir in onion and cook until onion is translucent
4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
5. mix in beef broth, rice, rosemary and oregano
6. Increase heat to high-medium heat, bring to a boil
7. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed 20-25 minutes
8. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
9. Place in a serving dish and fluff with a fork
10. Keep in warmer until ready to serve
11. Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
