Suggest a better description1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Season the duck breast. When the oil is hot, add the duck and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden.
3. Meanwhile, drop the beans into the boiling water and simmer for 1 minute. Drain then rinse under the cold running water. Tip the beans into a bowl and add the walnut oil , walnuts and sun dried tomatoes. Season generously then toss everything together.
4. Arrange the green beans and walnuts on a plate and top eight the duck.
