Buy a tame duck ( 5-6 lbs feeds 6 people)
Thaw in refrigerator
Wash inside and out, and pull any feathers
Rub outside of duck with vegetable oil
Put salt on your hands and rub the duck
Put in roaster with lid
325° for 3 hours, removing lid half way through
Use grease from duck to put on food
