A light ice cream perfect for the hot summer days. I served it for brunch and the everyone loved it.
Add the sugar to the water in sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Lower heat and add the mango juice. Stir and take it off the gas. Let it cool and put it in ice cream moulds filling them only half and put it in the freezer.
Beat the cream with a hand blender. Once done add the orange syrup and blend.
Once the mango ice cream is set, pour the orange mixture on top. Let it freeze overnight.
P.S: You can insert ice cream sticks especially of you plan to serve it to kids.
