A tasty way to get those 2 Tablespoons of oatbran!
Thorough mix first three ingredients together.
Add oat bran. Mix well.
Add egg. Mix well.
Divide into 2 microwave save containers. Microwave on high for 1:30 seconds. Let set a few seconds. Turn onto plate and serve.
Works great with either black cherry or raspberry syrup, too. This has been made with the Torani brand of syrup.
This recipe has a lot of flexibility. If you cook it long enough, it always comes out!
