This recipe is a Dukan friendly dessert
Heat oven 160 degrees Celsius. Mix ingredients except egg whites and cornflour and beat until smooth and thick.
In another bowl beat the eggs whites until stiff, then add the cornflour. Fold in this mixture into the first bowl.
Put the contents into a dish and bake for 40 minutes or until risen and golden brown. Cool then serve garnished with grated lemon zest.
