From Quick and easy Dump Dinners
In a deep skillet, place ground beef, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, and water. Bring to boil, and mix. Stir up the ground beef into chunks too. Bring to boil.
Once boiled, add uncooked pasta. Stir, cover, reduce heat. Let simmer about 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
Once liquid is mostly absorbed, stir in Velveeta until melted.
