Mix all ingredients and stir over heat until sugar is dissolved. Boil until mixture will form a hard, brittle ball when dropped in cold water (300-310 degrees).
Pour into a well-buttered pan and as soon as is cool enough to handle, pull just enough to shape. Mark, and when cold, break into pieces.
