Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425°. Whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Whisk in the melted butter. Pour into greased pan(s) (about 3 8-9'' pans, or one big one) or large cast iron skillet. Add apple slices on top if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and puffy
Let cool slightly, then top with confectioner's sugar and lemon juice (if desired). Also very good with maple syrup.
