Preheat over to 450 degrees and warm 2 pie pans with half tablespoon of butter until melted. Blend eggs well. Add milk and blend. Sift flour and salt and blend with egg mixture. Lastly add remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and blend. Pour 1 cup of mixture into each heated pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffy and brown. Reduce heat if edges begin to burn. Serve with fresh lemon and powdered sugar.
