Dutch Babies (from mom’s friend Renee)
For each person use
· 1 egg
· ¼ cup flour (all white or 50/50 white/whole wheat)
· ¼ cup milk
· dash vanilla
· Preheat oven to 400o
· Butter cast iron pan or baking dish and put in oven to melt
· Pour butter in pan à oven
· After 5 mins. add chocolate chips (optional)
· Cook ~ 20 mins until puffed and golden
