Preheat oven to 425. Put frying pan in oven with butter to let it melt while the oven is preheating. Combine Eggs, Milk and salt in a bowl and together. Continue to mix and slowly add Flour. Once it is mixed together, added it to the frying pan and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. When it is done it will puff up really big, but will deflate quickly when it comes out of the oven. Top with powdered sugar or syrup.
