In a bowl mix the first 7 ingredients together well. Finely chop caramelized onions and 3 peppers. Stir mixture well. Transfer mixture into a pastry bag and cut the tip for a ¼ in. opening. (A plastic baggie can be used too.)
Drain Peppadew Peppers well. Cut bottoms of peppers a bit or indent bottoms, so they will stand up straight. Fill by piping the mixture into peppers. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. These may also be served cold. Serves 6.
