Spray 9x13 pan with PAM or any other spray oil.
Mix the coconut and pecans together and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Prepare the cake mix according to directions on the box and pour over the coconut and pecans.
Mix together butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spoon over the cake in dollops, no need to spread evenly
Bake for approx. 40 - 50 minutes
Check with toothpick for doneness
Cake will be cracked on top but will be very moist.
