2) Spay 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
3) Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over pecans and coconut.
4) combine remaining 4 ingredients ( you may need to add some water to thin). Pour over cake mix.
5) Bake 30-35 minutes.
