1. Heat oven to 350 (may need to be 375)
2. In large bowl, mix coconut oil, granulated sugar and coconut sugar until well mixed.
3. Stir in coconut milk, vanilla and banana or apple sauce.
4. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until dough forms.
5. Stir in chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
6. Form balls with cookie dough and place on greased and floured cooking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
7. Bake between 11 & 14 minutes or until edges are light brown and tops look set.
8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets and then remove onto a cooling rack.
