Easy make, minimum ingredient potato, egg sausage cheese breakfast

Preheat oven to 350,
Coat a 9 x 13 Glass baking dish with cooking spray and layer ingredients in the order listed above EXCEPT withhold the cheese until you remove it from the oven.
Bake for 55 minutes in lower to middle rack.
when done Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the casserole and cover 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
55 minutes yields a golden brown bottom. 5 to 10 minutes less may still delivery cooked meat and eggs yet reduce the bottom browning.
The eggs migrate down into the potatoes and when done makes it firm enough to cut with a knife yet won't fall apart.
