1. Arrange apples in an 8 inch round dish.
2. Mix remaining items in a bowl and blend until crumbly.
3. Spread on apples.
4. Microwave on high 8 - 10 minutes.
5. Allow to cool and server with ice cream or whipped cream.
Red pie cherries, peaches, pears, blueberries, etc can be substituted for apples. If using canned fruit reduce cooking time and cook until fruit is hot. Rhubarb requires 1/2 to 1 cup of sugar to sweeten fruit.
