Serve w/ ice cream while still warm
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Fit I crust into 9 in pie plate.
2. Mix the apples, 3/4 c. sugar, flour, apple spice & salt in large mixing bowls until apples are coated.
3. Turn apple mixture into pie dish, top with butter. Lay the other crust on top. Make slits for venting.
4. Brush top with milk. Sprinkle remaining sugar. Bake for 40-45 min. until golden brown.
