Heat oven to 375. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Cook rigatoni according to package. Brown meat.
In baking dish layer half each of pasta, meat, sauce and cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until hot and cheese is golden brown
