Class midwest beef stroganoff
In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion, mushrooms and garlic, drain.
Stir in bouillon cubes, salt, hot water, ketchup and mustard. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Combine flour with cold water, blend well. Gradually stir into meat mixture.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils. Reduce heat, stir in sour cream. Cook just until heated through.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
