This is a quick and easy breakfast that is really tasty.
Mix eggs and milk until well blended. Add Salt and Pepper to your own personal taste. You can also add garlic seasoning/salt. Mix well and add chopped green onions.
Cut biscuits into quarters and put into greased 9" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with 2/3 of the grated cheese. Poor egg mixture over biscuits and cheese. Add remaining cheese to top.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, or until eggs are no longer liquid and casserole is a light brown color.
