In the saucepan, combine butter, salt, Karo syrup, brown sugar. Stir constantly until it starts to boil. Let boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, pop corn and spread in a single layer on baking, wax, or freezer paper, making sure popcorn is on the waxy side. Remove from heat. Add baking soda, stir. Pour over popped corn. Let cool until hardened. Break apart and enjoy!
