Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
If your in a hurry you can use canned frosting (sour cream) or whatever you like to frost cake.
Cream cheese frosting is also excellent with this.
