When you have more time that skill, no sugar, no fat just time and love
Mix dry ingredients, add water (just enough flour to make it bind, very loose).
Put plastic wrap over bowl, leave in room temperature for roughly 12h put in refrigerator for 12h (make dough in the morning, put it in the fridge over night)
Warm Oven to 225~ and put in cast iron with lid (ish 30min)
Take out dough, put on well floured surface, fold to the middle, put into a bowl with parchment paper in the bottom. Make sure the folding edges are facing down. Leave for 30min under a towel.
Move parchment paper with dough in it to the hot cast iron.
Put it in the oven with the lid on for 30min, remove lid and continue baking for 10-15min.
