In mixing bowl cream cheeses with the garlic, onion, lemon juice and milk until well-blended. Shape into a ball and roll in crushed corn chips. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour and arrange on serving platter. Garnish with lettuce and parsley. Serve on your favorite crackers.
Any cheddar cheese may be used according to your taste. You may also shape your cheese ball as you wish.
