Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Shred the monterey jack cheese. take flour tortilla and add cheese in the middle. Roll the tortillas around the cheese and place in dish. Pour sauce over the enchiladas. Add any unused cheese to the top after sauce is poured. Bake 30-35 minutes.
