Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except
chicken and tortillas, mix well.
Set aside 1-1 1/2 cups mixture in a seperate bowl and
Add the chicken to main bowl. Spread filling onto
the tortillas and roll up setting them seam down
in a non stick pan. Spread the remaining mixture
over the top and bake 40 mins or until bubbly, top with
Cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
I like to substitute steak sometimes also and
add stewed tomatoes.
