Put warm cooked rice in greased casserole, toss with the grated mild cheddar cheese, mix in whipping cream, dot top of casserole with real butter.
Bake in 350 oven for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
The real butter is a must! Makes a huge difference.
I also always double this recipe and I would do 4 cups of everything
for a large crowd.
