This isn't fancy but my family loves it.
Prepare couscous according to the directions on the package.
Mix prepared couscous with the mushroom and the cream of chicken soup.
Add canned mushrooms.
Heat the oil In a medium skillet, add the minced garlic and brown the chicken breasts.
Season to taste with onion powder and Italian seasoning.
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread couscous mixture evenly into baking dish.
Place browned chicken on top of couscous and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover dish with aluminum foil. Cut a slit in the center of the foil to vent.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees( remove foil after 30 minutes)
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes then serve.
