Microwave the bouillon cubes in water until dissolved. Spray a 9 x 13" dish with Pam. In dish, combine the rice, can of soup, and hot bouillon liquid together with a fork. Snuggle the four chicken breasts into the mixture; spoon some of the mixture on top of the chic ken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
