Place chips onto Large Rectangular Tray with Handles or Use Large Bar Pan. Put chicken on top of chips, then add ALL Salsa on top of chicken, Place onions and mushrooms on top of Salsa, top with Velvetta Cheese Slices, Place in Microwave Oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
Then Serve, Guest can top nachos with Green Onions, Tomatoes, and Sour Cream.
