Add chicken, arrots, peas, potatoes, corn, salt and pepper. Spoon into shallow baking dish.
Combine biscuit mix. Cut in 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in milk. Pat out dough 1/2 inch thick on floured board.
Cut into circles. Arrange over chicken mixture.
Bake at 400? for 25 minutes or until biscuits are nicely browned.
