Suggest a better descriptionMince Garlic and mix with Soy sauce, Sesame Oil and Ketchup in a container. Seal. Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended. Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts. Stir-fry on high for 2-3 minutes then add chopped green pepper. Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done. This dish is best served over rice.
The Sauce used in this recipe can be used in other dishes as a stir-fry sauce or as a marinade. The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days
