cut chicken into strips, mix with yogurt, lemon juice, 2 tsp cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger and 4 tsp salt, refrigerate for 1 hour
grill chicken until cooked, about 5 minutes per side (grill pan ok). let rest, then chop into bite sized pieces
melt butter in heavy skillet, saute garlic and green papper. add remaining seasonings and cook for a minute. stir in tomato sauce and cream, simmer on low heat for about 20 mins.
add chicken to sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. serve over steamed rice
