In very large pot, cook chopped (seasoned with salt and pepper) chicken for 5-6 minutes. Coat chicken with chili powder and cook another minutes. Add chicken broth and stir to mix chili powder. Add rest of ingredients (except chips) and bring to boil. Cook 10-15 minutes. Top with crushed chips once placed in bowls. Enjoy!
Do not over salt, the chips add alot of salt at the end. You can used chicken breast or thighs, we like a bit of both.
